RETURNS:
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. All orders are final. Please be patient whilst your package is in transit. To our deepest regret, we cannot influence postal services operations.

STEALTH:
Our products are shipped in sealed mylar foil bags to protect the material until use. As for stealth, we do ship our blotters in vacuumed sealed mylar bags. As for other forms, such as pellets and powders we do ship them in Ziplock bags. All products are correctly labelled, but there is no reference to the chemical name or RES.CHEM-C on the outer packaging. We have excellent stealth but for specifics please contact us. With all shipments, stealth and integrity of the product is our main priority, we always ship research chemicals separately from other items (such as CBD products and merchandise) and in how many packages are necessary.
